Yesterday i SWITCHED OFF SERVER about 22:30 and i switched on server about 7:30 morning but i didn't get BAN on GSLT TOKENS !!!

Hello ! I have good idea ! Valve give bans for illegal plugins about time 22:00 - 6:00 morning. [ https://csgo.tokenstash.com/ - Recent Ban Detections (You must settings POLAND or EUROPE TIME) ] If i will have plugin which will switch off ILLEGAL PLUGINS every night about time 22:00 and this plugin will switch on ILLEGAL PLUGINS about time 6:00 morning WE WILL NOT NEVER GIVE BAN ON TOKENS !!! (OR WE CAN HAVE AUTO SWITCH OFF SERVER 22:00 and we must have AUTO SWITCH ON SERVER 6:00 ) CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS ???
