ROZWIĄZANE BHOP server help

I know that their are a lot of other threads on this topic, but none of them seem to be working.

I just made a new dedicated server and I am very new to making CS:GO servers, and I was wondering what I needed to do to make a bhop server.

I downloaded and installed the Source mods so I have admin control and everything.

I also installed the RealBhop plugin https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=244387

I set the launch options in my shortcut to C:\Users\Zach\Desktop\steamcmd\csgoserver\src ds.exe -game csgo -console -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 1 +map de_nuke +sv_lan 0 -port 27015 +host_players_show 2 -condebug which should be the commands for a competitive gamemode but I am not sure if that is the right command for what I am looking for.

I know how to install maps to the server from workshop and I have done that but here is where the problem comes in...

When I first join the game without changing the map, the Bhop plugin works perfectly, I can gain speed and it is easy to bhop... But when I change the map to a workshop bhop map, I can't gain speed anymore, but it is still easy to bhop.

Any help would be amazing guys!

Remember this is a dedicated server, so it is run off of my computer, I am not using a hosting website.
