RSS[ASteambot] Steam Group Chat Annoucement

ASteambot Group Chat Annoucement

Before anything, read this :
You will need ASteambot to run this plugin.
You need at least the version V 13.0.



So, I received a demand to mimic the steam group announcement plugin but this time in steam group chat. So, I did it. That's about it.

• Everything is fully automatic
• Translations
• Yeah... That's about it I guess.

Download and run ASteambot, it can be downloaded [here]

Install ASteambot_Core :

If you already have installed ASteambot_Core, update it.

0) Install socket extension
1) Grab ASteambot_Core from [here]
2) Put in your plugins folder : addons/sourcemod/plugins
3) DOWNLOAD AND EDIT THE CONFIGURATION FILE AND PUT IT IN [SERVER PATH]/cfg/asteambot/asteambot_core.cfg !!!
4) Restart your server

Install ASteambot_TradeTokenUpdater :

1) Grab the smx file (ASteambot_GroupChatAnnoucement) on github, [here]
2) Grab the translation file (ASteambot.groupchatannoucement.phrases.txt) on github, [here]

3) Put the smx file in your plugins folder : addons/sourcemod/plugins
4) Put the txt file in your translation folder : addons/sourcemod/translations
5) Restart your server and you are done !



sm_group_chat_annoucement - Make an annoucement in the steam group chat.
sm_gca - Make an annoucement in the steam group chat.



sm_asteambot_gca 60 - Time in seconds before another annoucement can be made for each players
sm_asteambot_gca_group_name "Arkarr's bot" - Group chat name to make the annoucement on, bot account must have right to write in that group and channel.
sm_asteambot_gca_channel_name "ASTEAMBOT-TEST-ONLY" - Group chat channel's name to make the annoucement on, bot account must have right to write in that channel.
