I know that this has been done before, but all the existing plugins resort to manually adding velocity, which often screws up the momentum. This implementation makes the game think you are a Scout, giving you an air dash. It also respects all convars, attributes and conditions related to air dashing (e.g. tf_scout_air_dash_count) and makes them work on other classes too. Installation: Copy the contents of the zip to the /tf directory of your server. It's that easy! Dependencies: You will need dhooks with detour support for this to work. Usage: Load the plugin and double jump. Can be turned on or off with the convar tf_all_classes_can_air_dash ( def. "1" ).
