RSS[L4D] Player Regen Hardcore

Description:

Intended for intense hardcore servers with 4+ tanks.

The number of hp to regen is dependent on the number of tanks at the moment.

Settings (ConVars):

Can be found in: cfg/sourcemod/l4d_player_regen.cfg
