Description:
Survivors can buy skills and various improvements for the money they get for killing special infected and can also buy improvements for the team for team points.
All purchases remain until the new Chapter begins.

Cvars & Commands:
!up - Opens the menu for shopping
!gm - Gives the administrator 100 thousand.(ADMFLAG_ROOT)

vGlowPipeColor - Color of glow for pipes.

What perks are already in the plugin
You revive others faster(aka Helping Hand)
Speed increase by 20%
Double Jump
Ultra Pipe Bomb(cooldown 20 sec) - https://youtu.be/CyEoYvwGfYo
Pipa Velcro - Any pipe bomb sticks to the walls
Perfect Shove - if you shove someone, you deal 200 damage to him

Important:
I did not add the translation file because I am not sure if anyone needs this plugin but if it is necessary I will add the translation.
If you have ideas for a plugin or you want to add a new perk, I will try to implement your idea(please, no silly ideas, like "Mega Ultra Super Epic Pipe Bomb For Survivor" or "1000 Health for survivor"
