RRS [Solved] [Requist] Vip-Menu

if anyone can make this plugin for me thanks to him.
(sorry for my bad english)

the flag to get vip is : "n" to put in users.ini

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

vips start the game with 150 HP and 150 AP (CT / T)
vip players get VIP tag in scoreboard + the default vip model for CT
say /vips to see who vips online
say /vmenu to open vip-menu (weapons 2X damage)
say /vip to open html ( in configs/vip.html )

NOTE : command /vmenu only for CT

when someone say /vips :
Online Vips : names who online with green color (not hud) and its show only for who say /vips

example :
Online Vips : Mumieya. | ZomBoZo | Barry | Shitty

when some one have not vip and say /vmenu its show this (not hud) :

[Vip-Menu] Only vips who can use this command !!

if vip player said /vmenu when he's in T team its show this with green (not hud) and not open the menu:

[Vip-Menu] Vip-Menu Only for CT's !!

when some one have vip and say /vmenu its show this (hud menu) :


[Vip-Menu] :

1-Deadly AK47 + Deadly Deagle.
2-Deadly M4A1 + Deadly Deagle.
3-Deadly AWP + Deadly Deagle.


and when he choose anything of them he get it and game show this :
[Vip-Menu] You have have been took : "name of weapons he took"
Examples : [Vip-Menu] You took : Deadly AWP + Deadly Deagle.
[Vip-Menu] You took : Deadly AK47 + Deadly Deagle.
[Vip-Menu] You took : Deadly M4A1 + Deadly Deagle.

NOTE : make this weapons have 2xDamage
NOTE : all weapons have to be 254 bullets.
NOTE : the vips start the game with 150 HP and 150 AP ( CT / T )
NOTE : every vip player can use this 1 time per round.
NOTE : command /vmenu only for CT

if someone from vips used /vmenu once and he say /vmenu again game show this (not hud) :
[Vip-Menu] You can use /vmenu Only 1 time per round.

if the vip drop the weapon to another player
the another player can use it anyway

(not important to do this thing but if u have time do it.)

names of deadly weapons :
v_deadly_awp.mdl
v_deadly_ak47.mdl
v_deadly_deagle.mdl
