RSS [REQ] Clans system

Hello. I am looking for something like "Jailbreak gangs" system:

Create a Clan - Allows an user to create a clan by paying points (100 points needed to create a clan. +1 point after kill).
Invite to Clan - Only the leader of the clan can invite people to the clan.
Top-10 - Shows a MOTD with the top10 clans, SORTED BY KILLS.
Leave Clan- Allows a player to leave the clan. The leader cannot leave the clan until he transfers leadership to somebody else.
Clan Admin Menu - Shows a menu with options to disband the clan, kick a player from the clan, or transfer leadership to somebody else in the clan.
Online Members - Shows a list of clan members that are currently in the server.

Instead of this suggestion, I would use this plugin https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=169907 but there are some bugs (for example, points are not saved for some players after disconnect).
