RSS[TF2] Be the Super BeepMan

Description:
This plugin allows Admins with the slay flag to target themselves or other players and make them become the Super Beepman. The Super Beepman is an extremely powerful Engineer who has 1500 health and powerful weapons. His buildings are stronger and his Sentry is larger with increased range and damage. His teleporters are bi-directional. The BeepMan cannot use healthpacks.

Important Note:
This plugin was designed for use on a server running Uber Upgrades. The power in this plugin is considered normal in that environment. If you are running a regular vanilla TF2 server you should consider editing the plugin to tone down the BeepMan abilities before using.

Admin Commands:
!bebeepman
!bebeepman <target>

Command Examples:
!bebeepman (makes YOU the Super BeepMan)
!bebeepman Tony (makes player named Tony the Super BeepMan)
!bebeepman @red (makes all players on RED team the Super BeepMan)
