RSSModification of an already exsisting plugin

what i want to modify :

so the plugin is set in a manner when the player presses R as this zombie , they stop moving and initiate a Howling sound for a 5 second duration , i want to add an additional effect to the howl like this:
- R is pressed , sound is initiated
- any zombie already within a certain distance(determined by cvar) or entered within that certain distance during the 5 sconds howl duration will receive a small boost.
details of small boost :
- +50 speed ( make this a cvar )
- +1k HP (don't go over maximum hp limit of zombie, so like only add if (zm_health < (zm_max_health - 1k hp)) [ if possible make this a cvar also ]
- if possible also (optional to you as this is simply more work) less knock back for zombies affected by howl
- duration of small boost : 10 seconds after that speed and kockback should be reset but hp can remain no need to reset it

notes : i'm new here so i don't know if this is the right place to post this ( i think it is xd ) also i'm new to scripting to i can't add this ability myself unless i had similar one to base it on when creating it, if you don't have time to do this or it is too much work for a small plugin , any advice/pointers or functions you may have saved that can help in this situation , will be greatly appreciated ( i would prefer this too tbh since i want to learn)
